Privacy Policy

Updated 26/11/2025

Uh, I haven't gotten any legal mumbo jumbo stuff here, but the policy is simple:

TLDR: As a visitor, we do not collect any data for any other purposes than serving this content & website to you.
As a member, we may collect some more details for contacting & billing purposes.

The long version:

As a visitor, we temporarily store your IP address to a firewall server access logs, any time you access this site (including right now). Exact details about which page you visited or the payload of your request is not stored.
Your request to the server, as well as a timestamp (for every request) is stored. This data is automatically deleted after 12 days or after a set amount of total requests stored in the firewall (per IP), which ever comes first.

We may store your IP into a private blacklist, if we detect it is being used for AI bots, crawlers, malicious traffic or general bots, to ensure our resources are not abused. Before reaching our servers, you are connecting to Cloudflares' network. Additionally once connected to our network, your IP and your data packet is tested locally by UniFi CyberSecure (Proofpoint & CloudFlare) run by Ubiquiti Networks for any known threats. Read more here.

Your location (based on your IP) may sometimes be used to better deliver static files (CSS/JS/Images) through our Content Delivery Network (operated by Cloudflare). No data is processed/stored there by us.

Additionally, we use a privacy-focused analytics tool, Unami, to collect anonymous traffic data. This data contains no Personally Identifiable Information and can not be associated back to your visit to this website. We utilize this data to better understand our audience and improve service delivery for regions outside our main target audience.

If you register for an account ("subscribe") to this website, and become a member ("member", "subscriber") you can provide us with your name (which can also be a nickname, we don't care) and your e-mail address.
We use your name for personalization on newsletters you may sign up for.
We use your e-mail address for account authentication, and communication for account changes, subscription updates and our optional newsletter.

If you become a paid member by purchasing a monthly or yearly subscription you become a paid member (, "paid subscriber"). Our policy is no different between these different membership tiers, however:

Some additional billing information (such as the transaction code and date, provided to us by Stripe) may be stored about you to our systems for subscription purposes, however no other PII is stored about your billing details or payment on our systems or this site.

Our payment processor Stripe, which terms you can find here: https://stripe.com/en-gr/privacy may have additional data about your billing details and payment information.

Access to any of this information for both subscribers and paid members is restricted only to the owner of this website, and it is only used for operational purposes of this site (serving you newsletter, account authentication and/or billing). Billing data is accessed only for refund purposes and any purchase issues or disputes, again only my the owner of this website.

Should you wish for a copy your data to be provided to you, please Contact Us and we will provide a JSON file as soon as possible. Please note these files are generated manually and may take some time to be compiled.

Important Note: Personal Data files will be shared in a password protected zip file, and will only contain data related to this site & any billing data we can export from Stripe.

Should you wish for the removal of your data (right to be forgotten), please Contact Us and we will remove you from our systems as soon as possible.
Please note that paid members who request an account removal may have an additional policy for their subscription, related to cancellations and refunds, we urge you to refer to our Terms of Service for details if you are an active paid member and wish to remove your account.

If you have any other questions or concerns about your data, and how it is processed, we welcome any communication via our Contact Us page.
